My Fav Presentations

This quarter of our earth and space class we did presentations of our own topics. My favorite peer presentations were: Steven's Presentation where he compared a neutron star to Thor's hammer and their respecting weight and force. I enjoyed the enthusiasm he spoke with and the way he tied in that tidbit of pop culture. Next up is Antonio, Ines and Brian's presentation on Earth-like planets. It took a cool look at the other planets that have similar properties as earth. It was interesting to speculate about the possibility of life on other planets. Finally Erick's presentation on the theory of white holes was also really cool. I had not heard of it before, so it was good to learn more about it, the creator of the theory and a look into the specific reasons why this would occur.
